Recipe of the Week, All-Day Meatloaf & Vegetables

Hi to all you Cheap Chicks that are tired of SNOW!
I do not get home until 6pm most nights, with the weather we have been having lately - it has been close to 7pm! I must have meals for weekdays that I can go from pot to table in 15 minutes or less! This is a good one for that.

Groupon is in Cincinnati

Today's Groupon is for Slatts Pub (HERE) in Blue Ash
$30 coupon for $12 (60% savings)

What is a Groupon?
This is how they explain it:

"Groupon is a group coupon. Each day, they will offer an unbeatable deal on the best of Cincinnati: restaurants, spas, sporting events, theater, and more. By promising businesses a minimum number of customers, they get great discounts. They call it "collective buying power."

"If the minimum number of people (30 for today's deal) sign up by the end of the day, you'll get a printable gift certificate in your inbox the next morning that you can use whenever you want (well, at least until the deal expires-today's expires in one year). If not enough people join, no one gets the deal (and you won't be charged), so invite your friends to make sure you get the discount!"
