This is a great make ahead in the morning, do your lawn work and gardening (doesn't everyone do that?) and just take a break and put it in the oven! I have a lot of fresh lettuce and spinach in the garden right now so I would just serve this with a large green salad and use the free salad dressing that my daughter the "Cheap Chick" shared with me!
