Happy Easter everyone! For those of you that do not care for ham (like me!) Meijer has pork loin roasts on sale for $1.79 per pound. You can get one, make the recipe below and then Monday or Tuesday shred the remainder, add a little barbecue sauce and have barbecue pork sandwiches.
